When was the last time you spoke to your customers and had a conversation with them, telling them about all the great things you to do help and the problems you solve for their business.
All too often we spend our time assuming our customers know about everything we do, and the truth is they only remember the last thing you did for them.
So if you have a number other services, you know will benefit your client then do not be selfish and share this with them. Offer them a package or bundle and ask for that referral or recommendation.
